Annelise Van Der Pol

Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actor and singer. Her fame is based on her work in the theatre and also her role as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has been born in the United States and has a Dutch heritage she is an American actor and singer best known for her regular roles on the TV series That's So Raven. The show featured her in 14 projects, including TV shows and short films. The most prominent of her credits is Shalom Sesame Divorce. She has performed in over fifteen TV programs. The Musical and That's So Raven. In addition, she has appeared in a number of stage productions. Anneliese van der Pol was born in the Netherlands, and was a Dutch American singer/dancer. Her musical theatre debut led her to her most famous role, Chelsea Daniels in That's So Raven. The character has been reprised in the film Raven's home. Van der Pol, who also sings and record tracks for The Walt Disney Company, has had a great career. Her Broadway debut on Broadway in 2007 and performed Off Broadway in 2009. The 2010 vampire spoof Vampires Suck, directed by Jason Friedberg Aaron Seltzer featured her as the main character. van der Pol landed a TV role as the ditzy Chelsea Daniels of the Disney Channel Original Series That's So Raven. She was in the show with Raven-Symone as well as Kyle Massey. Chelsea Daniels still remains one of Van der Pol's finest and most recognizable roles for teenagers, children and even adults. It was her acting skills that earned her acclaim as she played a funny and extroverted character, which was initially a challenge for some because of the seriousness of her previous parts. In 2006, she had the role of guest star Heather as Heather in Kim Possible. The actress received her first voice-over role. In the year 2011, van der Pol guest starred as Ronnie, in Disney Channel Original Shake It Up. Van der Pol has recorded a number of songs for Walt Disney Records, including one she co-wrote together with Raven-Symone and Orlando Brown for That's So the soundtrack of Raven. Over It was recorded for the Disney Channel Original Movie Stuck in The Suburbs. Van der Pol was a member of Disney Channel supergroup The Disney Channel Circle of Stars with which she recorded pop/R&B interpretations of the Disney's Lion King's Circle of Life and Cinderella's A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes, for special editions of the movies. In 2006, she released an original cover of the timeless Disney song Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an upcoming edition of Disneymania. In her role on Broadway as Belle van der Pol, she sang a variety of songs which were heard in the music of the musical such as A Change in Me.
